Comprising a pierced oval cress dish molded with foliate scrollls, a two-handled strainer bowl, and a milk jug incised with a diaper pattern. 3 pieces.

Provenance

The cress dish: Rowland's Antiques, Buckingham, Pennsylvania.
The strainer bowl: The Earle Collection;
Wynn A. Sayman, Richmond, Massachusetts. 

Condition

The cress dish: restored across one end, the area of overspray extending for about 1/3 of the length of the dish. Strainer bowl: a 1 3/4x2x1-in. triangular piece as been broken our of the rim and glued back in place, the break issuing two haircracks, approximately 1 3/4 and 1 1/2 inches respectively; three 1/4-in chips to the rim; a fine 2-in. vertical haircrack down the side and another 2-in fine faircrack running diagonally downwards from the rim; some minor chipping to t he footrim. Jug: spout and handle restored; minor 2-in haircrack funning up into the body from the footrim; minor short, fine haircrack to the rim.
