- Length 55 in.; Barrel length 38 1/4 in. by Diameter 3/4 in.; Length of bayonet 20 in., blade 15 3/4 in.
Appears to retain its original bayonet, marked G.R. TOWER with touchmarks on barrel, gun and trigger each stamped A CONRAD.

Acc. No. 92.3.8 lacking central brass thimble, trigger lacking D ring and its internal tang snapped and trigger guard loose.
