One a Dutch bible published by Johann & Sons, Haarlem, 1791, applied with silver mounts cast with biblical scenes including the Nativity and the evangelists, marked on two mounts, probably Amsterdam, c. 1791; the second an English bible printed by John Bill, Thomas Newcomb, and Henry Hills, London, 1680, the leather with later engraved silver mounts.

the first with tear in spine, the second with several missing mounts
