the border with gilt laurel wreath between two gold bands, the cavetto painted with rose specimen after P.J. RedoutĂ© titled 'L'eglantier serin', the reverse with gilt inscription 'archangelski, 1824'

Condition

Very good condition, with very light and small scratches to the gilding throughout. The cavetto with a five pointed hairline crack radiating from a point slight to the upper right of centre, visible on both sides.
