Condition
Original canvas which is buckling in places, notably in the built-up areas of paint along the right edge. There are frame abrasions with associated paint loss along all edges. Very fine cracks and flecks of minor paint loss are visible in places. There is a layer of surface dirt with yellow spots along the top edge. Inspection under UV light does not reveal any apparent signs of restoration. Held in a simple wooden frame. Unexamined out of frame.
