Condition

Original canvas which is attached to the original stretcher. Gold painted strips of wood are attached to all four tacking edges. There are minor cracks in the area of the initials. There is a light layer of surface dirt. Inspection under UV light does not reveal any obvious signs of retouching. Held in a simple gold painted wooden frame behind glass. Unexamined out of frame.
