Condition

Original canvas. There are pinholes scattered in places at the corners and along the edges. The remnants of brown paper are stuck to the paint surface at the centre of the bottom edge. There is a light layer of surface dirt and some minor surface scratches. Inspection under UV light reveals no apparent signs of retouching. Held in a white frame with a gold slip. Unexamined out of frame.
