Description

Condition

169cm across the top, 162cm across the bottom, 172 horizontally through the centre, 217cm from the left, 220cm the right hand side. Flexible handle, soft lustrous wool. Generally 2mm pile overall with some areas down to knotbars in central section. Some warp knots visible as brown dots in the main field. Original quadruple sidecords and end fringing intact, ends with original flatweave and soumac overlocked warp fringing. Some marks to reverse. This is a cheerful, dynamic rug of unusual scale ready to place.
