Condition

141cm across the top, 139cm across the bottom, 314cm from the left, 316cm from the right. Soft lustrous wool with good flexible handle. Generally even 4mm pile overall with some oxidisation especially to dark browns within border and medallions in main field, with some restorations to these browns scattered throughout. With both ends overlocked with vestiges of trimmed fringing. With original banded coloured sidecords. This runner is in extremely good condition with charming motifs including animals (camels, sheep (?), dogs) and figures in red hats, and unusual border design.
