Catalogue Note

Artist's inscription:
Tianhua is very near to the west of the prefectural city; Kingfisher-blue cliffs and cinnabar-red crags, facing them brings on enchantment.
Towers and pavilions accord with the changing form of the mountains' rise and fall; Shadows of banners and pennants flicker up and down the trees.
From an elegant window, official tassels glitter against a clear view of the sky; Clouds enter, and one could scoop them along with one's sleeves.
There is no predicting whether I'll return to this beautiful place again; About to leave, I brush past the rocks and waste a new verse.
