cast as a boy standing with bent knees and holding a cockerel with his left hand supporting the bird and his right hand gently placed atop its back, the figure depicted adorned with beaded bracelets and dressed in a diapered bellyband and trousers decorated with florets and butterflies

Condition
There is a small circular mark on the right side of the boy's posterior from the original casting process. Minor dents and bruises and rubbing to the gilding. The right foot was drilled for mounting possibly at a later stage.
