le cadran à arche avec anneau horaire (un remplacement) argenté, pièces de coins en bronze doré, ajouré et ciselé, centre gravé, aiguilles ajourées en acier bleui, date par guichet, verre fêlé ; mouvement à trois corps de rouage, manque celui pour les sonneries des quarts, manque la roue pour la date, échappement à ancre à recul ; cabinet associé, le tronc avec colonnes corinthiennes, le chapeau surmonté d’un aigle aux ailes déployés, plinthe reconstruite

Condition

The illustration is accurate, good overall condition despite the inevitable dents, scratches and marks due to the age and use The glass panel of the front door of the dial is broken, it comes with a rewind key, a pendulum and weights, the movement looks complete although we do not garanty the working order of the menanism. “Please note that this condition report was made on August 31th 2016 inside Robert de Balkany's hôtel rue de Varenne; this lot will be shipped to Sotheby's galleries before the exhibit and the sale.”
