Please note that this condition report was made on September 5th 2016 inside Robert de Balkany's hôtel rue de Varenne; this lot will be shipped to Sotheby's galleries before the exhibit and the sale. One vase, previously mounted as a lamp and pierced under the base in the middle of the signature. The side depicting a snake with a pinpoint hole near the butterfly, and some vert de gris on the rim. The other vase in very good condition, with a three character mark under the base.
