le cadran de XXIV heures sur la face encerclant le disque pour le réveil, cadran de réglage pour la sonnerie au dos ; mouvement en fer avec deux corps de rouage à fusée, échappement à verge, échelle de réglage, manque le rouage pour le réveil ; boîtier rectangulaire en laiton et bronze ciselé, repoussé et doré avec pilastres élaborés, les côtés gravés respectivement d’un astrologue et un géographe dans leur cabinet (usures), l’ensemble surmonté d’un timbre formant coupole
Condition
Dials are in good condition, hour hand is possibly original. Movement is complete and has been re-converted to balance, the remaining wheel trains appear to be mostly original, the alarm train is missing. Case gilding rubbed as per the catalogue illustration, hole present in frieze where pendulum was larter fitted.
