A l’oeil nu: Le tableau se présente dans un état de conservation satisfaisant. Il a fait l’objet d’un rentoilage au milieu du XXe siècle, un peu fort. Le tableau apparaît sous un vernis légèrement encrassé, un peu jaune. A la lampe U. V. : Le tableau apparaît sous un vernis ancien uniforme. On remarque d’assez nombreuses reprises ponctuelles dans le ciel, quelques reprises soulignant les architectures ainsi que quelques reprises dans les personnages. To the naked eye: The painting appears in satisfactory condition. It has been relined in the middle of the 20th century, a little bit too strong. The painting appears under a slightly dirty varnish, a little bit yellow. Under U.V. light: The painting appears under an old uniform varnish. We notice numerous repaints in the sky, some repaints underlining the architectures and some repaints on the figures.
