A l'œil nu : Le tableau apparaît dans un état de conservation très satisfaisant. Il a fait l'objet d'un réentoilage, il y a un peu plus de cinquante ans, un peu fort et qui a légèrement tassé la matière. Il a fait l’objet d'un nettoyage, dans la deuxième moitié du XXeme siècle, correctement réalisé. On remarque une très légère marque horizontale du châssis intervenant tout le long du bord supérieur à 3 cm. du bord. On remarque un léger petit manque de matière sous le groupe de personnages avec deux chiens vers la gauche au premier plan. A la lampe U. V. : Le tableau apparaît sous un vernis très légèrement vert. On remarque de très légères reprises le long du bord supérieur et bord droit (liées aux frottement du cadre). On note quelques reprises très ponctuelles et pas gênantes dans le ciel. To the naked eye: The painting appears in good condition. It has been relined a little bit too strong, a little bit more than 50 years ago, and it has slightly flattened the pictorial matter. It has been correctly cleaned, on the 2nd half of the 20th century. We notice a very light horizontal mark of the stretcher all allong the upper edge (3 cm. from it). We notice a small loss below the group of figures with two dogs, on the left in the foreground. Under U.V. light: The painting appears under a slightly green varnish. We notice small repaints all along the upper and right edge (due to the frame friction). We notice some repaints in the sky that do not bother the lecture of the painting.
