Condition
The ceramic is sound. The edges are very slightly irregular. There are three shallow chips to the lower right edge which are glazed and original to the support. Some light scuffing to the edges and the reverse consistent with age and handling. There are a few specks of loss to the pigment in the body of the bulls on each side of the tile which appear beneath the final clear glaze on the recto and are likely consistent with the artist's intentions. This work is in very good overall condition.
