This photograph, on double-weight Agfa paper with a slight surface sheen and neutral tonality, is in generally excellent condition. It is trimmed to the image. The corners are softly bumped or creased with some associated chipping. Upon very close examination, there are a few very faint scratches, indentations, and creases overall that do not detract from the overall fine appearance of this print. There are several inscriptions in an unidentified hand in pencil on the reverse: '4 1/2 cms wide'; 'CCYB'; '3 (circled) b'; 'A ᴦ 8336'; 'XLV'; 'X'; 'B.19'; 'WГ (circled)' and 'Caereu [sic] Wales 1951.' Also on the reverse are several stray pencil marks and a tiny adhesion of indeterminate nature. When examined under ultraviolet light, this print appears to fluoresce.
