the circular tilt-top with a shell and flower carved edge, revolving on a birdcage action, above a turned stem and leaf and cabouchon capped cabriole legs ending on claw and ball feet
Condition
A finely carved and highly decorative tripod table in good conserved condition. The top with a rich colour and some minor characteristic signs of wear, commensurate with age and use. The moulded edge with one minor chip, which is barely noticeable. The birdcage action in good condition and structurally very sound. The stem and carved base in good condition. One ball and claw foot with a restored crack to one claw. This piece is ready to place.
