The wooden construction appears secure. There are nail heads visible to the wooden pieces in keeping with the artist's techniques. There is a very small nail hole at the extreme right edge of the grey board. The edges to the wooden reliefs are rough and uneven in keeping with the artist's techniques. There are tiny scattered scuffs with associated losses to the extreme edges of the red wooden relief, and one scuff at the edge of the triangular wooden element. There are two further losses to the grey board at the left edge where the wooden relief is attached. There are a few scratches and areas of rubbing to the grey board and some glue residue. Subject to the above the work appears to be in very good and original condition. Ultraviolet light reveals no obvious signs of fluorescence or retouching.
