Description

  • The Ponte Rotto, Rome; and a river landscape
  • Black chalk and grey wash; mounted together

Condition

Both laid down and mounted together on the same mount. Both sheets have considerable staining. The Ponte Rotto is more stained throughout. Wash and chalk remain strong despite the yellowing of the sheet and images still readable.
