- A downland landscape under rain, with a rider crossing a bridge
- Pen and brown ink and watercolour, over traces of black chalk;
signed with the artist's monogram and dated, lower left: MF 1757

Condition
Hinge mounted to the upper left and right corners. The four corners have been reinforced, verso, as a result of a small loss to the lower left corner. There are some very small light brown stains to the centre of the left edge. Otherwise in very good condition with the medium fresh and vibrant throughout.
