Condition

In overall good conserved condition. Joints sound and sturdy. One has a restored break to the seat-rail where it joins the leg and the finial is missing on the same one and the stretcher has a metal strengthener. On the other armchairs the finials are missing and one has possibly been replaced. Some of the colour is slightly uneven due to the polish and they would benefit from a repolish according to taste. Some of the rear-rails of some of the sets have been replaced.
