Condition

Overall the condition of the plaster is good, with dirt and wear throughout consistent with age. The statue may have been placed outdoors and there is dirt to the surface throughout, including rust-coloured staining, and some dark staining to the pots and the proper left hand. There is particular dirt to the insides of the pots, probably due to use or placement outdoors. There is some stable hairline craquelure to the plaster, in particular around the legs. There is a loss to the tip of the proper left ring finger. There are various chips around the edges of the integral base, including a larger loss on the proper right side.
