Description

  • Amaranth, Bois satiné, bronze
  • 72cm high, 41.5cm wide, 33cm. deep; 2ft. 4½in., 1ft 4½in., 1ft. 1in.
with a serpentine galleried top inlaid with musical trophies, the top drawer fitted for writing implements above two further short drawers inlaid with a wicker basket of flowers, the side with floral sprays the back plain veneered on straight legs terminating in gilt-bronze scrolled feet

Condition

In overall good conserved condition. The top has a horizontal construction crack which would benefit from being filled. The drawer fronts are a bit warped as visible from the photograph. The marquetry especially the leaves has been restored.
