- 16.5cm., 6 1/2 in. high
oval tapering form with applied reeded bands, the incurved cover with lion couchant finial, all raised on a fixed oblong stand raised on four orb feet, lead inner cover, 16.5cm., 6 1/2 in. high, together with another example, P.G. Petersen, Amsterdam, 1826, oblong form reeded rim, the incurved stepped dome cover with lion couchant finial, the waisted fluted and reeded body on a fixed oblong stand, all raised on four orb feet
Condition
Some marks rubbed, light surface wear in accordance with age. The lead liner to the first example does not sit well. Generally good condition.
