- 230cm. high, 110cm. wide, 72cm. deep; 7ft. 6½in., 3ft. 7¼in., 2ft. 4¼in.
overall with carved neoclassical decoration, the upper section with two cupboard doors above a writing slide, the lower section also with two cupboard doors, on scrolled acanthus carved feet
Condition
Overall in reasonable conserved condition. The surface has been re-polished. There is a small chip to the veneer beneath the moulding which has been caused by a break and subsequently fixed with a modern screw. There is movement to the moulded edge beneath the upper section which also has a loss to the left hand side. Some of the applied neo-classical decoration has minor losses and repairs. With old marks and scratches throughout commensurate with age and use.
