Description

  • 33cm., 13in. high
the bodies of spherical form ornately chased in relief with foliate scrolls, the incurved fluted borders below oriental foliate pierced girdles, the tapering stems diamond-cut and foliate chased, terminating with pierced stylised flower-head terminals

Condition

Marks to one completely lost. The other with distorted town mark and further distorted marks to underside. One with bruise to rim of base and therefore does not sit flat. The decoration is crisp and fairly sharp. One with a break in the stem approximately 2in. from the finial at which point it detaches. Otherwise good condition.
