Condition
The canvas has been lined. There is a pattern of very fine craquelure and an old tear, circa 4 by 3cm, is visible towards the lower centre edge. Ultra-violet light reveals areas of uneven fluorescence and signs of retouching in the lady's arm to the right, and other scattered spots throughout.
Presented unframed.
