- Porcelain
painted with scattered sprays of cornflowers or 'Angoulême sprigs' within a gilt dentil bordered shaped rim, comprising 50 plates, 19 slightly larger plates, 13 soup plates, a large pair of chargers, and a smaller pair of dishes, 6 oval dishes, 3 fruit bowls, 15 bowls in three sizes, 4 circular baskets in two sizes and 7 oval baskets, 2 circular stands, 3 oval stands, 1 butter tub and cover, 3 coffee cans and 5 saucers, interlaced CC marks in blue, letter N marks and numerals in blue or puce, various incised marks
Condition
The overall general condition of the service is good;
one oval stand, one oval basket and a circular basket with a loop of pierced rim lacking, another oval basket with two loops broken and separated;
butter tub cover with chip to flange;
one bowl with rim chips, two with a hairline crack to rim; 7 plates with a rim chip, two with star crack to body; 6 larger plates with a rim chip; 2 soup plates with a rim chip.
