Description

  • each 22cm. high, 46cm. wide;
each carved with scrolls and acanthus

Condition

In overall good conserved condition. They are slightly dirty and would benefit from a light clean according to taste. Gilding worn in places with some minor retouching and chips which are hardly noticeable. Evidence of old very minor worm which appears to be no longer active. Restored break to scroll of one arm with a nail protruding.
