Chancery folio (288 x 207mm.), 462 leaves, *6 a-e8 f10 g-z A-S8 T6 V10 X-Z aa-kk8 ll6, double column, 49 lines plus headline (including foliation), gothic type, 2- to 6-line initials supplied in red, red paraphs and underlining, some deckle edges, contemporary Cologne binding of blind-tooled calf over wooden boards (EBDB w000170, Kyriss 101, active c. 1467-1508), covers with visible sewing attaching two pieces of calf, two clasps, vellum pastedowns (that on the upper cover containing manuscript), first leaf laid down, a few small marginal tears, small hole in E2 (not affecting text), tear to Z4 (affecting text but without loss), occasional light staining, rebacked, lacking one strap
