Catalogue Note

The text is based on the 1514 Aldine editio princeps, newly edited for the Giunti by the Greek scholar Antonio Francini. This copy has marginal notes written, according to a note at the start of the text, by Leonhardus Adamus Volsiniensis, an editor and commentator on historical legal texts who died in 1719.
