There are some very tiny holes to the board along the upper edge, center, but these are only visible upon very close inspection. There is evidence of wear along the edges of the board due to abrasions with the frame, but this does not affect the overall image. The vertical losses to paint are inherent to the work as they follow the natural lines of the wood. Examination under ultraviolet light reveals a very tiny spot of restoration at the brown outline of the padi field at bottom left quadrant. There are also some small areas of restoration at the center of the tree at the right side, a small spot at the tree along the left edge, and another small spot at the bottom right corner. Framed.
