single leaf, c.360x230mm, vellum, 2 columns, 34 lines (c.285x160mm), blind-ruled, two red initials, old folio numbers 171 and 193, formerly used as a wrapper for an 1546 account book, with titles on reverse, creased and somewhat water-stained and dirtied, but carefully flattened and conserved

The initial 'Q' is the start of a sermon on St Michael attributed to Haymo of Halberstadt (Migne, PL, 118, 770-73).
