c.320x245, vellum, ii+40+i, COMPLETE, collation i-v8, but the outermost bifolium of quire iii reversed, 2 LARGE HISTORIATED INITIALS, each with a full border incorporating heraldic arms (gules, a lion rampant argent, a chief or), very rubbed, penwork initials throughout, bound in modern plain vellum
