Description

The front of bombé design, set with step-cut emeralds and pavé-set with circular-cut diamonds, the back decorated with black lacquer, inner circumference approximately 160mm.

Condition

Emeralds weighing a total of approximately 2.00 carats, well matched in colour, green of medium strong saturation, with typical inclusions, some surface reaching, a few nicks. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 9.00 - 11.00 carats, on average H-J colour (a few K-L), VS-SI clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount. Lacquer and metal with some scratches and indentations consistent with age and wear, lacquer with areas of loss. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 55 grams.
