  • Sapphires, diamonds, gold, platinum
Of ribbon design, set with brilliant-cut diamonds, the front highlighted with pear-shaped motifs set with cushion-shaped and oval sapphires, marquise-shaped and brilliant-cut diamonds, length approximately 410mm, French assay and maker's marks

Condition

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 84333, stating that three sapphires (A, C, G) are of Burmese origin, six (B, D, E, F, H, I) are of Ceylon origin, all with no indications of heating. Sapphires measuring and weighing approximately: A: 13.35 x 9.20 x 5.60mm, 6.2 carats B: 14.15 x 10.60 x 5.85mm, 7.9 carats C: 14.40 x 12.50 x 5.65mm, 9.2 carats D: 15.40 x 12.65 x 7.30mm, 13 carats E: 17.90 x 12.35 x 8.85mm, 19 carats F: 16.40 x 12.50 x 8.45mm, 16 carats G: 15.20 x 13.00 x 5.85mm, 10 carats H: 14.30 x 11.30 x 6.65mm, 9.7 carats I: 12.80 x 9.05 x 5.90mm, 6.2 carats French maker's mark. French assay marks and stamped PT 900 and Or for platinum and 18 carat gold. Sapphires well matched in colour, blue of medium strong saturation, with good transparency, some typical inclusions, very few surface reaching, minor abrasions visible under 10 x magnification, for more information on the sapphires please refer to the SSEF report. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 65.00 - 70.00 carats, on average G-J colour, VS clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount. Signs of normal wear to the metal consistent with use. In very good condition. Gross weight approximately 135 grams.
