Set with a cushion-shaped sapphire weighing 15.32 carats, flanked on each side by a half-moon-shaped diamond, mounted in platinum. Ring size:

Accompanied by Gübelin, GIA and SSEF reports numbered 16030196, 6201990205 and 83951 respectively, stating that the sapphire weighing 15.32 carats is natural, of Burmese (Myanmar) origin, with no indications of heating. GIA and SSEF also state that the colour appearance of this stone is described in the trade as "Royal Blue" and based on SSEF reference standards. Please refer to the reports for further details. Stamped PT950 for platinum. Sapphire blue of strong saturation, with typical inclusions, some are surface reaching, and a few nicks. Diamonds weighing approximately 0.50 carat in total, about G-H colour, VS-SI clarity, as gauged and graded in the mounting. Signs of very minor wear to the metal, with evidence of brown residue at one prong of the side stone, in very good condition.
