Condition

The sheet is affixed to the mount with one tab at each of the upper corners. The sheet undulates and there is scattered creasing to the sheet, most apparent to the lower half of the sheet and in the upper right corner. There are several extremely tiny tears to the upper horizontal edge, only visible when viewed out of the frame. There are some very small, scattered spots of foxing and there may be some discolouration to the sheet. Subject to the above, the work appears to be in good overall condition. The work is window mounted and housed in a gilt wooden frame, held under glass. Please telephone the department on +44 (0) 207 293 6424 if you have any questions regarding the present work.
