The sculpture appears sound. There is some light pitting, staining and uneveness in patina apparent to the polished bronze in places. There is a small casting flaw apparent to the bottom of the lowest pierced form at the left vertical edge. There are several areas of loss scattered across the work, with some associated lifting. There are scattered areas of oxidisation to the work. There are a couple of scratches and a very small chip to the upper reverse of the sculpture. The work is affixed to a bronze base with two central bolts. There is a title plate to the front of the base.
