Condition

Not examined out of the frame. The board appears to be stable. There is a small knock in the lower right corner and some very minor frame abrasion to the extreme edges. On very close examination it is possible to see some minute flecks of surface dirt scattered across the composition. With the exception of the above the work appears to be in excellent overall condition. Ultraviolet light reveals no obvious signs of florescence or retouching. The board is float mounted in a black frame with a thin gold slip. Please contact the department on +44 (0) 207 293 6424 if you have any questions regarding the present work.
