2 volumes in one, 8vo (160 x 99mm.), text in Greek, woodcut Aldine device on both title-pages and on both final versos, contemporary limp vellum, manuscript fragments in binding, modern brown buckram folding box, early manuscript notes on front endleaves and throughout (many in a fine humanist hand), a few deckle edges, some light staining, a few small marginal wormholes, small section excised from fore-edge of c5 with loss of manuscript note, foot of z3 excised, binding slightly soiled and torn, lacking four pairs of ties
