Condition

The support is unlined and well-stretched. The paint layer appears stable, and some minor rubbing and frame abrasion are present at the extreme corners and edges of the burlap. A minor break in the canvas measuring 1/4 in. is also present at the extreme lower right corner. Minor craquelure is present in the top portion of the figure's hair, and an isolated area of craquelure is present in the lower right torso. Minor flecks of paint loss are present throughout the lower quadrants. The work is in good condition overall and is ready to hang.
