Condition

The first:The medium is oil on canvas. The canvas is not lined. The work is in good overall condition. There is buckling to the canvas. There is minor paint separation, mostly in the lower portion of the picture plain. There are some small losses by the musician's foot, lower right. There is no apparent inpainting under UV. The second:The medium is oil on canvas, the canvas is not lined. The work is in good overall condiition. There is buckling to the canvas. There are some areas where the work is lightly painted; in others the impasto is welll retained. Under UV it appears that the T and Z of the signature are reinforced.
