Condition
The canvas has been relined. There is craquelure to the paint throughout the composition, as visible in the catalogue illustration. When examined under UV light, there is no evidence of any repainting present. There is some minor rubbing to the extreme periphery of the canvas caused by the frame. There is minor paint loss to the upper right quadrant.
There is some surface dirt, the work would benefit from a light clean. The canvas is in good condition.
