Condition

The canvas is unlined. The surface is richly textured and the impasto has been well preserved. The pigments are extremely bright and fresh. Scattered lines of stable craquelure are visible in the sky. Under UV light there are very thin scattered lines of inpainting which correspond to the aforementioned craquelure. Otherwise fine. This work is in overall very good condition.
