Condition

This work is in very good condition. Executed on joined, cream wove paper. The sheet is affixed at several places around the perimeter of its verso. The edges of the sheet are gently deckled. The colors are fresh and well preserved. A few studio stains are visible, including a small brown stain at the bottom of the stairs.
