Condition
Executed on cream laid paper, not laid down. The verso of the sheet bears an architectural drawing. The sheet is taped to the over mount at three points along the upper and lower edges. The edges are unevenly cut and the right edge is deckled. There is a horizontal flattened crease running across the composition in the upper half and some further flattened creases visible, mostly towards the upper left and at the centre of the lower edge.The are two small spots of pigment loss towards the centre of the lower edge. There is a tear across the tip of the lower left corner. The sheet is time stained and there are spots of foxing throughout. There are remnants of old tape on the verso and two spots of dry adhesive to the verso. This work is in good condition.
