Condition

Executed on fine buff wove paper and laid down on card. There is a vertical tear across the full height of the sheet to the right half of the composition, a small repaired tear to the left part of the lower edge (approximately 1.5cm long), a horizontal repaired tear across the sitter's proper right cheek (approximately 8cm. long) and one further repaired tear across the upper left corner (approximately 6cm. long). There is a small paper loss to the centre of the left edge and some minor nicks to the centre of the upper edge. This work is in overall fairly good condition.
